This region is one of our favorites because of Africa’s rich history, perfect growing climate and unique flavor profiles it delivers. Roasted in Southern California; we developed and mastered the combination of time and temperature to perfection. This process showcases the highest quality Ethiopian coffees and pays homage to BUBS’ connections to the region.
