Choose Fairtrade.

We are excited to celebrate Fair Trade Month this October! We hope you’ll join us to show more US consumers how an everyday action, like purchasing a Fairtrade certified product, is a powerful way to make a difference in the lives of the nearly 2 million farmers and workers.

Choose Fairtrade. Choose the world you want.

Fairtrade America and National Co+op Grocers are closing the gap between American shoppers and Fairtrade farmers and workers around the world through our, ‘Choose Fairtrade. Choose the world you want.’ campaign. With public art, in-store activations and digital storytelling, we are reminding shoppers that every purchase choice they make is an opportunity to choose the world they want.

How we are celebrating

On October 1st, we’re launching the Choose Fairtrade. Choose the world you want. Campaign through these channels along with our traditional press outreach and digital advertising.

Murals in 3 New Cities

Building on the murals we commissioned in 2020 and 2021, we are collaborating with local artists and partnering with National Co+op Grocers in Atlanta, Milwaukee and Portland to weave Fairtrade into the lives of local consumers by putting farmer stories and Fairtrade's impact on the walls of three local co-op stores.

Digital Activation

We will also be sharing the murals online with a unique and appealing social campaign alongside paid influencer activations, Fairtrade educational content, and giveaways of Fairtrade products, all hosted at ChooseFairtrade.org.

Retail Partnership

Through our national partnership with National Co+Op Grocers and other retailers, we are meeting shoppers where they are with Fairtrade certified products and content to highlight how their purchases make a difference for people around the world.
