Cape Vida was born when Heather Hellwinkel travelled to South Africa on a business trip and visited a Fairtrade winery. The way this company created community development projects to provide social benefits such as schools, clinics and libraries, inspired Heather to create a wine brand with a conscience.
Cape Vida is the first Fairtrade boxed wine in the United States. Current research shows that younger people – millennials – are much more likely to choose boxed wine not only for the taste, but for the more environmentally friendly packaging. Cape Vida currently comes in two varieties – Cabernet Savignon/ Shiraz and Savignon Blanc.
Although this prize doesn’t come with any wine to try, you can order online or ask your local wine store to stock Cape Vida. Instead, enjoy your fragrant Fairtrade wine even more with all the wine swag in this prize.
This is our biggest giveaway ever so take the quiz and make a pledge now!
When you enter, you will also have a chance to win one out of four prizes from our Grand Prize Draw, which includes a YEAR SUPPLY OF DIVINE CHOCOLATE!
